Final Sale Clause
All transactions conducted with Pioneer Peptide are final. Due to the specialized nature of our products and the strict handling protocols associated with research materials, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has left our facility.
Integrity of Research Products
The compounds we provide are laboratory-grade products whose stability and integrity depend entirely on rigorous storage and handling conditions. Once products are shipped outside of our controlled environment, we can no longer guarantee their cold chain or chemical purity. For reasons of scientific safety, no returned product can be restocked or resold.
Order Cancellation & Modification
Upon receipt of payment, orders automatically enter our logistics fulfillment stream. Due to the optimized nature of our shipping processes, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once payment has been validated, even if the package has not yet physically left our warehouse.
Exceptions and Damage Protocols
The sole exception to this policy concerns rare cases of verified manufacturing defects or confirmed damage occurring prior to shipment. Any such incident must be reported within a strict 72-hour window following delivery.

To submit a request for review, contact our compliance team at info@pioneerpeptide.ca with:
- Your order number.
- Clear high-resolution photographs of the packaging and the product.
- A detailed technical description of the issue.
- Photos of the shipping box if damage occurred during transit.
Disclaimers
Requests based on improper handling, inadequate storage conditions, carrier delays, customer ordering errors, or subjective dissatisfaction are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement. Pioneer Peptide reserves the sole discretion for all replacement decisions.
